From a fully organic producer. From a difficult vintage plus a change away from the very ripe and heavy style that is usual for this winery. Well see what I think….
The French may have invented sparkling red wine but Australia seems to have ownership. This one is a beauty – full of character and not sweet.
I let this wine breath for nearly 2 days and it made such a difference. From one of my favorite McLaren Vale producers and I even helped pick some of the grapes that went into this one.
From a newly tried winery 111 Associates have moved their cellar door to Foggo Road. The GSM blend is one of many good reds.
One of the McLaren Vale Scarce Earth Project wines released earlier this year. Made from a small family block between McLaren Vale and McLaren Flat, this wine shows fruit dominate character. Very enjoyable and it leaves you wanting more.
