My Son, Tyler, and I share with you one of the most interesting marketing plays I have seen in winemaking. The winemaker is allowing us the consumer make the decision about how much oak maturation the wine gets as there is an oak block in the bottle. We then decide when to open the bottle and check out the effect of this wooden block.
