A Shiraz from one of the few fully certified organic vineyard and winery combinations in McLaren Vale. 2008 was a hot vintage that caused many issues with the resultant wine, however this wine seems to have been spared.

The winemaker is allowing us the consumer make the decision about how much oak maturation the wine gets as there is an oak block in the bottle. We then decide when to open the bottle and check out the effect of this wooden block.
